Abstrak
The movement and endeavour of the People’s Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia (MPR RI) to propose the implementation of the State Policy Outlines (PPHN) have become a unique constitutional law phenomenon to be observed. In terms of timelines, this treatise has been rolling along with the constitutional discourse that has been taking place from 2021 to 2022. As such, the fifth amendment to the 1945 Constitution included the extension and the addition of the Presidential term limitation to three terms.
